Hi everyone,

We currently in need of a .NET Team Leader/ System Analyst to be assigned for a month in the USA . He should be:

Just to add to the above requirement. here are the responsibility and addt'l requirement.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling and planning the systems development. Establishes time frames for completion of the projects, sets priorities for the work to be done and keeping the team members accountable.
Analysis,design and programming work but one of their primary responsbility is to provide technical assistance and leadership to their team.
Responsible also for evaluating, training and monitoring the career paths of the team members.

Qualification:

- Has the ability to write and modify programs with a high level of competence and speed.

- Can design systems with the ability to work on multiple systems, projects and clients at one time.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Must have the ability to work independently on systems or projects .

- Skill set : VB.NET and SQL Server

- Possesses a managerial skills as well as enhanced technical skills.

- Willing to work in the US for a few months. (Orange County, California)
