Upgrade from VS2005 Prof to VS2008 Prof

 Anything to consider before upgrading from Visual Studio 2005 to VS 2008 (both professional edition)? Has anyone encountered any problems?

Otherwise it will be all fine, and I have seen side-by-side installations of VS2005 and VS2008 work without problems.
