Got coolest idea? Join the Microsoft "Made in Express Contest"

1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Microsoft "Made in Express" Contest (the "Contest") is a skill contest in which selected Finalists will build and display a "Project" consisting of a software application or physical device using Visual Studio Express and/or SQL Server Express products ("Express products"). Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on March 13, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on September 1, 2006 (Promotion Period).

2) HOW TO PARTICIPATE/WINNER SELECTION: There are two phases to this Contest, the Idea Phase and the Project Phase. During the Idea Phase, entrants must describe the Project he or she would build if selected as a Finalist and why they should be selected as a Finalist. At the conclusion of the Idea Phase, twelve (12) entrants will be selected as Finalists by a panel of qualified judges and will build the Project (the 'Project Phase') he or she described in the original entry for consideration for the Grand Prize.
