Refresh issue of AnkhSVN

There is a refresh issue on the version 1 release of AnkhSVN addin for visual studio last year (i thought it was already the RTM version 1.0 release, it was just RC4).  if you are a tortoisesvn committer, you'll notice that the ankh refresh command at the solution level does not actually refresh each nodes.  either you manually refresh all the modifies/added items, or reopen visual studio for it to refresh.  If you're tired of this refresh issue just download their their final release build number 2727 here. 

My office desktop has some problem though about the images (somewhat got corrupted), but i already emailed arild_fines about the issue:
[EDIT] looks like the RTM was problematic with the icons, or was it intentional, i reverted back to build 2711 so i have the old icons.
[EDIT] I received an email from an ankhsvn developer that the change in images was intentional, although they're planning to change the image for the modified icon on their next release.
