Shift+N for "No to all" during a copy operation

Raymond Chen has this interesting post about Hibernate option from Shutdown, Alt keys, and so on.  It mentions the Shift+N shortcut for "No to All" when encountering overwrites during a copy operation.  I have eversince settled for holding Alt+N for this and didn't know about Shift+N until now.

it can't be important -- it can't be true - MS forgot to list it here:

List of the keyboard shortcuts that are available in Windows XP

support.microsoft.com/.../301583

and here:

Keyboard shortcuts for Windows [95 & 95]

support.microsoft.com

and this page is so stupidified, i can't tell if it's there or not, but it isn't:

What happened to " only copy newer or missing" ???

How can we "update" huge folders with such poorly thought out processes.  And, don't tell me to use "smart copy" or some backup type program with convaluted storage methods.  All basic programs on other systems, besides WindoZe has "copy only newer or missing".

Oh, yeah, and nmost programs that "try" to do a smart copy try and load the entire directory structure into memory of both the source and the destination therby hogging all available ram, or fail in the process. A straight copy "as you get to it" and "copy only newer or missing" program is sorely needed in the windows environment. If you know of one, please email me.
