aspiring to free and open the mind of .NET developers

Are you passionate about your employer, or are you passionate about your work?

Nice question posed by Kathy Sierra, author of some of the best-selling "Head First" books for Java.

Cool! I dunno, but I think I've already read this somewhere... It made me realize that I am a person who is passionate about his work. I remember one time in my first company, I even bought my own keyboard and mouse so I would be more productive. I also share links about useful sites to my officemates(seniors) and encourage them to participate in forums like javaranch. I even tried introducing design patterns and Struts framework but then... I realized they still only look at me as a trainee who doesn't know what he's talking about lolz.
