Borland resurrects the "Turbo" Brand
http://www.turboexplorer.com

It brings back good memories indeed. Maybe we'll finally see those old Turbo C or Turbo C++ copies in schools laid to rest. When these tools come out early next month (September) I'll surely check out Turbo C# and Turbo C++. Maybe I can hone my C++ skills again, since I'm hoping that Borland's C++ will be more standards-compliant than Microsoft's. Smile

Exciting times are ahead of us!

i dont know what their strategy is on the .NET front.  their native compilers will have a better chance of succeeding since MS doesnt seem to have any competing product on the pipeline as of this time.

if they can come up with an IDE the size of SharpDevelop and is 10x more responsive then i might be tempted to switch.

well they seem to promise having both WinForms and ASP.NET development capabilities for their Turbo C# product. pag ganon yun free version, oks yun! as for Turbo C++, the feature set looks cool...
